ADVANCED PERFORMANCE SHOOTING
Firearms Instruction
Advanced Performance Shooting "HOPE" is not a course of action. Don't wait until it is too late to get out and get the training you have been neglecting! The Firearms Training Division of Advanced Performance Shooting was established to meet the growing demand for professional firearms training worldwide. Law Enforcement, Military, and Security Personnel as well as select Civilians who have a need for modern firearms training will certainly benefit from our over 27 years combined experience in the Military and as a professional shooter in numerous competitive shooting venues. We guarantee we have a program that will meet and exceed your training requirements! -Jim Shanahan http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pDgmXQ986IE All of the courses offered by Advanced Performance Shooting are fluid and dynamic in design. We are constantly making upgrades and changing our program to suit the needs of the shooter/student and to keep current with our ever changing environment. We reserve the right to change our program of instruction at the very last second in order to further challenge our students, you won’t catch us teaching from a program of instruction that is not flexible. All classes are limited to 10 students first come first served and payment of the course fee in full is the only way to reserve a seat. If you let us know 30 days out from a course we will refund your course fee if you can’t attend. Inside of 30 days up to 15 days out we will refund 50% of the course fee. Inside of 15 days we don’t offer a refund. We have the ability to design courses focused toward a specific mission set or profile based on your needs. Feel free to contact us for more information. We are not responsible if you over-estimate your firearms manipulation and shooting skill sets; if you're not sure you can keep up in a particular program ask before you register. Active Shooter Resolution- No one knows where the next "Active Shooter" incident is going to occur, no one knows who is going to be involved.... but what we do know is we can help to prepare you to respond if you are caught in an area attacked by an "Active Shooter". This course focuses on target identification and reducing the threat with a rapid application of precision fire delivered from positions of disadvantage and while moving. This course is not based on theory or principles but will deal directly with the techniques required to fight from and to cover while being required to identify threat from friendly targets and survive. This course is not an Active Shooter Response geared toward first responders who have to enter and eliminate a threat... instead it is geared toward the individual caught in the middle of a violant act! We highly recommend you consider your level of competance before attending this course and can recommend several programs if you are in doubt. 750 rounds pistol (min) not provided. $395.00 + a $10.00 range use fee. (this is our 2 day format price and information)
Please Note: All of the above listed programs are listed in our 2 day format!!! Prices listed reflect our 2 day programs!
All of the above courses are available as a 1 day format. Round count is typically reduced by a 1/4th and all training is conducted in a 10 hour day. The training time may be reduced but the intensity level is increased and the learning environment remains the same... it's all about training!
We are also pleased to announce Law Enforcment and Military discounts as well as programs to help those shooters who require training but have budget restrictions. If you want to train on a specific firearm or skillset and don't see it listed... please don't hesitate to ask. We have well over 20 years experience designing training and we can build a program to suit your needs.
